Triune Reflections

Eyomism divides experience into three planes of expression: the Profane, the Humane, and the Divine. The Profane plane embodies instinct, desire, and survival. The Humane plane represents choice, empathy, and accountability, guiding individuals to act in ways that honor both self and others. The Divine plane encompasses perspective, balance, and acceptance, encouraging reflection on the broader currents of the Spiral.

Followers use the Triune framework to reflect on their actions and intentions. By considering how each choice resonates across these planes, one can navigate life with greater awareness and cultivate harmony within themselves and the Spiral.

Daily Triad Reflections

Ëyomists practice reflection three times daily — morning, noon, and night — using the following process:

  1. Select 4 traits from the 24 traits you are embodying at the moment. These can be a mix of positive or negative traits.
  2. Analyze how these traits are influencing your actions, thoughts, and interactions at that moment.
  3. Plan 4 ways to either improve or maintain these traits — actions you can take or adjustments you can make during the day.
  4. Reflect at the next scheduled reflection (morning, noon, or night) on how well your plans aligned with your intentions, and recalibrate as needed.

This practice strengthens self-awareness, encourages balance across the Triune planes, and helps followers actively maintain harmony within themselves and the Spiral. It is recommended to keep a small journal or log to track daily reflections for continuous growth.
